Shipping
We ship to all EU member states as well as to the UK and Switzerland, excluding Spain, Belgium, Portugal and Netherlands. In case your country is not a member state you can write an email and we will process your inquiry. In case your country is one of the excluded delivery areas you will find here a list of the partners, galleries and shops, where you can get in touch with the jewellery and make a purchase.
Please note that i produce on demand. The production time is mentioned in the single product site. I usually work with UPS as shipping company. The delivery time is between 2-3 working days. When you place an order you will get a confirmation with the expected delievery date. I will not be liable in any circumstances for the consequences of any delay in delivery.
Returns
If you have any questions about the jewellery, please don’t hesitate to contact me. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform me

of your decision to withdraw from this contract (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Please make sure to send back the jewellery in its original condition, unworn and with original packaging. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
